Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 3/4 cup rolled oats
2. 3/4 cup rolled barley
3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
4. 2 cups skim milk
5. yoghurt, to serve
Directions:
1. Place oats and barley and milk and 3/4 cup water in pot.
2. Cook over moderate heat and bring to boil, stirring.
3. Reduce heat, simmer, stirring till thick, 5 or 6 minutes.
4. Spoon into bowls.
5. Serve with yoghurt.
