Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 3 eggs
2. 2 cups sugar
3. 1 cup olive oil
4. 1 cup applesauce
5. 1 cup banana, ripe and mashed
6. 1 cup carrot, grated
7. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
8. 1/2 teaspoon allspice
9. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
10. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
11. 1 teaspoon vanilla
12. 3 cups whole wheat flour
Directions:
1. Beat eggs.
2. Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
3. Add applesauce, bananas, and carrot. Mix well.
4. Mix spices into bowl then add flour gradually.
5. Pour equally into 2 greased loaf pans.
6. Bake at 350 for 1 hours or until knife inserted comes out clean.
