Ingredients for 52 servings:
1. 1 cup kosher salt, do not substitute table salt
2. 2 tablespoons cracked black pepper, substitute with ground pepper reduce to 1 TBSP
3. 1 tablespoon instant minced onion, crushed
4. 1 teaspoon celery seed
5. 1 1/2 teaspoons instant minced garlic, crushed
6. 1 1/2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
Directions:
1. Crush dehydrated onion and garlic well.
2. Combine all ingredients and pour into a glass jar with a tight fitting lid.
