Ingredients for 5 servings:
1. 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
2. 1 tablespoon ground cumin
3. 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
4. 1 teaspoon paprika
5. 2 tablespoons apple juice
6. 1/2 tablespoon oil
7. 1 lb boneless pork chop
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients into a paste and slather on chops.
2. Marinade them for 2-24 hours.
3. Preheat BBQ on high heat.
4. Reduce heat to medium high.
5. Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side depending on thickness.
6. Make sure that chops are no longer pink and that juices run clear.
7. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
