Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 7 large potatoes
2. 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine
3. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
4. 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
5. 1 1/2 cups sour cream
6. 1 tablespoon onion, minced
7. salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes with skins on, till tender.
2. Cool.
3. Peel potatoes when cold; then cut into small cubes, or grate.
4. Place the potatoes into a 9×13-inch pan.
5. Combine all other ingredients, and pour over potatoes.
6. Cover and bake at 325° for 30-45 minutes.
