Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1/3 ripe avocado
2. 2/3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
3. 2 arugula leaves
4. 2 slices multi grain bread or 2 slices rye bread
5. lemons, baln or lemon verbena
6. ground pepperberry seasoning
7. salt
8. lime
9. cilantro
10. 8 ounces australian shiraz wine
Directions:
1. Spread avocado on one side of bread, squeeze optional lime over avocado then place arugula and tomato on avocado and season to taste with lemon myrtle, ground pepperberry, and optional cilantro.
