Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 quart corn, thawed and drained
2. 2 eggs, beaten
3. 1 teaspoon salt
4. 1 cup nonfat milk
5. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
6. 2 teaspoons oil
7. 2 tablespoons sugar
8. 3 tablespoons flour
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, commcine all the ingredients, and mix well.
2. Carefully pour into a 9×13 inch baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
3. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
