Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 10 -20 tomatoes (Skinless)
2. 1/2 cup vinegar
3. 4 -6 bell peppers
4. 4 -6 jalapenos
5. 1 -2 onion
6. 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
7. 1 tablespoon garlic salt
8. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
9. 1 tablespoon table salt
10. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
1. Dice up all vegetables, place in a large mixing bowl.
2. Add spices and vinegar to the mix.
3. Store in a fridge for fresh salsa.
4. For Canned salsa, cook for 20-30 minutes on medium.
5. Pour into canning jars.
6. Conduct your canning process for about 15-20 minutes.
