Ingredients for 12 servings:
1. 3 lbs lean ground beef
2. 3 (28 ounce) cans baked beans, undrained (your favorite brand will be fine)
3. 1 medium onion, diced small
4. 1 cup barbecue sauce
1. Brown beef in a large high-sided skillet or soup pot. Drain the fat from the beef and discard. Return the cooked beef to the pot and add the onion, beans, and barbecue sauce. Cook for about 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring occaisionally. Serve with corn muffins, fried potatoes, hot sauce, or diced raw onion.
