Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 lb steak
2. 3 teaspoons southwest seasoning, mix
3. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4. 1 red pepper (medium-size and thinly cut)
5. 1 yellow pepper (medium-sized and thinly cut)
6. 1 onion (medium-sized and thinly cut)
7. 1 tablespoon lime juice
8. 8 flour tortillas
Directions:
1. Cut the steak across the grain into 1/4-inch-wide strips.
2. Toss with seasoning.
3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add peppers and onions; cook for about 4 mins, stirring occasionally.
5. Add steak and cook 5 mins or until cooked through.
6. Stir in lime juice.
7. Serve in tortillas.
