Ingredients for 12 servings:
1. 6 quail, split
2. 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
3. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
4. 1/4 cup pecans, crushed
Directions:
1. Split quail in half.
2. Mix honey and mustard.
3. Brush quail with glaze.
4. Crush pecans in food processor.
5. Sprinkle pecans on quail.
6. Place in baking dish in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
