Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 cup orange juice
2. 1 small banana, peeled, cut up, and frozen
3. 1/4 cup fresh berries or 1/4 cup frozen berries
4. 3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
1. In a blender container combine orange juice, frozen banana pieces, desired berries, and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.
