Ingredients for 3 servings:
1. 1 cup besan flour (gram flour)
2. 4 -5 cardamom pods
3. 2 cups milk
4. sugar, as required
5. desiccated coconut, as required
6. almonds, for garnishing
7. pistachios, for garnishing
Directions:
1. Take a non-stick pan, roast the cardamoms for a minute. Then add the gram flour and dry roast it for 5 mins on low flame until it gives its characteristic aroma. Add milk and sugar ,cover the pan and cook on low flame for 10 minutes. When the milk dries, cool the mixture and shape into laddoos. If the mixture is a bit runny ,add some coconut in it and make small laddoos. Roll the laddoos into the remaining coconut until they get coated. Granish with almonds or pistachios. Your healthy and tasty laddoos are ready to enjoy :).
