Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 cup plain yogurt
2. 1 banana, peeled,sliced and frozen
3. 1/3 cup blackberry fizz blackberry juice (Nantucket Nectars)
4. 1/3 cup orange juice
5. 1/3 cup mango-lime juice (Dole)
6. 1/2 cup four field frozen mixed berries (Europe’s Best)
7. 1/2 peeled and diced kiwi
Directions:
1. Place yogurt, sliced banana, juices, kiwi and berries in a smoothie maker or blender.
2. Pulse or mix for 15- 30 seconds.
3. Add small ice cubes and blend into mixture is smooth.
