Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 3 lbs snapped fresh green beans
2. 1/4 cup diced onion
3. 1 lb chopped bacon
4. 2 minced garlic cloves
5. salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Put chopped bacon in a pot and brown until crisp.
2. Add onion, garlic and green beans and thoroughly mix.
3. Cook on medium low for 3 hours stirring about every 20 minutes to prevent it from burning.
4. Salt and pepper to taste and Enjoy!
