Breakfast Pizza

 

Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 lb sausage
2. 1 cup cheese, shredded
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
4. 10 crescent roll dough, uncooked Pillsbury type
5. 5 eggs
6. 1/4 cup milk
7. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
8. 1 cup hash brown, thawed

Directions:
1. Cook sausage until brown; drain.
2. Unroll crescent rolls onto 12×8 pan, ungreased.
3. Cover crescent rolls with hashbrowns.
4. Press rolls together to form a crust.
5. Spoon on sausage and cheese.
6. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
7. Pour egg mixture over pizza.
8. Bake 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
