Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 8 ounces broccoli florets
2. 8 ounces cauliflower florets
3. 3 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
4. 3 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
5. 2 tablespoons red onions, diced
6. 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
7. 1/4 teaspoon salt
8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
9. 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Steam broccoli and cauliflower, 3-4 minutes, or until crisp tender. Rinse under cold water and drain.
2. In a small bowl, combine mayo, buttermilk, red onion, blue cheese, salt and pepper.
3. Combine broccoli, cauliflower and dressing. Sprinkle and parsley and stir well.
