Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 -2 lb frozen broccoli
2. 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
3. 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
4. 1 cup mayonnaise
5. 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
6. 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
7. grated cheese, for topping
8. breadcrumbs, for topping
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. For sauce combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry powder in a bowl.
3. In bottom of 13x9x2-inch baking dish layer frozen broccoli, chicken, and sauce.
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs.
5. Bake for 30 minutes.
6. Can be eaten plain or on top of rice.
