Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
2. 1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
3. 1 tablespoon water
4. 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
5. 1/2 cup coarsely grated cheddar cheese
6. 1/2 lb broccoli, cut into long flowerets
Directions:
1. Blend all but broccoli in a blender or food processer with salt and pepper to taste until smooth.
2. Cook broccoli in 1 inch boiling water 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Drain broccoli well and serve with vinaigrette.
