Ingredients for 5 servings:
1. 1 lb ground beef
2. 1 onion, coarsely chopped
3. 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
4. 1 cup tomato sauce
5. 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
6. 4 potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
7. 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
8. 2 celery ribs, sliced
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef.
2. On med-low heat add everything else until vegetables are tender and stew is slightly thickened.
