Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1/4 lb snow peas, trimmed and the strings discarded
2. 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
1. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water blanch the snow peas for 1 minute, or until they are crisp-tender.
2. Drain the snow peas well and in a bowl toss them with the butter.
