Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 3 cups vanilla ice cream
2. 1/4 cup Kahlua or 1/4 cup other coffee liqueur
3. 1/2 cup mexican caramel sauce (called cajeta)
4. 1/2 cup toasted chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Scoop ice cream into bowls or wide-mouthed crystal wineglasses.
2. Drizzle liqueur and cajeta on top.
3. Sprinkle each serving with chopped pecans. Serve immediately.
