Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 (14 1/2 ounce) package graham crackers
2. 1 cup butter, melted
3. 3 tablespoons sugar
4. 16 ounces Cool Whip
5. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
6. 1 cup sugar
7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8. 42 ounces cherry pie filling (2 cans)
Directions:
1. Make graham cracker crumbs from the graham crackers (in food processor or by hand).
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 3 tablespoons of sugar to make the crust.
3. Spread 1/2 of the crust mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 dish.
4. Mix cool whip, cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar and vanilla to make the creamy filling.
5. Spread 1/2 of the creamy filling on top of the crust in the 9×13 dish.
6. Open 1 can of pie filling and spread over the creamy filling in the 9×13 dish.
7. Spread the remaining crust mixture on the pie filling in the 9×13 dish.
8. Spread the remaining creamy filling on the crust in the 9×13 dish.
9. Open the 2nd can of pie filling and spread over the creamy filling in the 9×13 dish.
10. Chill and serve.
