Ceviche Salad

 

Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2. 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
3. 1 tomatoes, diced
4. 1/2 avocado, diced
5. 1/4 cup prepared mango salsa
6. 1/2 lime, juice of, a
7. salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Combine ingredients, tossing lightly.
2. Chill.
3. Serve with tortilla chips.
