Ingredients for 25 servings:
1. 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2. 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3. 2 green onions, minced
4. 2 tablespoons pickle relish
5. 1 egg, hard boiled, chopped
6. 3 tablespoons green olives, minced
7. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
8. 2 tablespoons onions, minced
9. 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onion, pickle relish, hard boiled egg, olives, mayonnaise, and minced onion together.
2. Chill overnight.
3. Roll in parsley.
