Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into chunks
2. 1 (13 3/4 ounce) can chicken broth
3. 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
4. 3/4 lb Velveeta reduced fat cheese product, cut up
5. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
Directions:
1. Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with no stick cooking spray 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
2. Stir in broth.
3. Bring to boil.
4. Stir in macaroni, reduce heat to medium low; cover with tight fitting lid.
5. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
6. Add cheese and broccoli; stir until cheese is melted.
