Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
2. 1 tablespoon salt
3. 1 tablespoon pepper
4. 1 bay leaf
5. 1 cup vinegar
6. 2 garlic cloves, macerated
7. 1/4 cup oil
Directions:
1. Clean and cut chicken into pieces.
2. Season with salt and pepper.

4. If water is needed, add 1/2 cup hot water at a time.
