Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 3 chicken breasts (diced)
2. 1 cup broccoli (chopped)
3. 1 cup green pepper (chopped)
4. 1 cup zucchini (chopped)
5. 1 cup asparagus (chopped)
6. 1/2 cup mushroom (chopped)
7. Baby Spinach
8. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
9. 1 tablespoon onion powder
10. 1 teaspoon vegetable seasoning
11. 1 cup light caesar salad dressing
12. 1/2 cup mustard
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, fry chicken with garlic powder and onion powder with the vegetable seasoning. After the chicken is cooked, add in all vegetables minus the spinach. Fry for 5 ,minutes.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the caesar dressing and mustard, blend well.
3. Place handful of spinach on plate then add the seasoned chicken & vegetables. Top with dressing!
