Chicken-Egg-Potato Salad

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 skinless chicken breast half, cooked and chopped
2. 1 cup new potato, cooked and chopped
3. 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
4. 1 stalk celery, chopped
5. 1 tablespoon onion, minced
6. 1/4 cup mayonnaise
7. 1/4 cup sour cream
8. 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
9. 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
10. salt & pepper

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Refrigerate at least two hours to allow the flavors to meld.
