Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 2 slices of homemade bread
2. 1/2 cup chicken salad (your choice)
3. 1/2 cup roasted vegetables
4. 1 sliced provolone cheese
5. mayonnaise (as desired)
Directions:
1. Spread bread with mayonnaise on the inside and a little butter on the outside.
2. Put one slice on the panini gridddle.
3. Add the cheese, chicken salad, and veggies.
4. Put top slice of bread on and grill.
