Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 chicken breasts
2. 4 tomatoes
3. 1 cucumber
4. 150 g corn
5. 2 tablespoons almond milk
6. 1 red onion
7. 1/2 lemon
8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
9. 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
10. 2 tablespoons olive oil
11. 1/2 lemon juice
12. 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
13. 10 g basil leaves, for topping
14. 2 tablespoons olive oil for marinade
15. 1 teaspoon salt for marinade
16. 1 lemon juice for marinade
17. 1 teaspoon pepper for marinade

Directions:
1. Pre-heat event to 190degres.
2. slice chicken breasts thinly to 2 slices.
