Chicken Tikka Burger

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 600 g chicken fillets
2. 1 egg
3. 2 tablespoons tikka masala curry paste
4. 1 cup fresh breadcrumb

Directions:
1. Process all together in food processor till very well combined and chicken well minced.
2. Shape into about 8 patties
3. Heat a little oil in a non stick fry pan.
4. Cook patties 5 -6 minutes till cooked through and golden brown.
