Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
2. 1/2 cup black olives, pitted & chopped
3. 1/4 cup scallion, chopped
4. 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
5. 1 garlic clove, crushed
6. 1 tablespoon olive oil
7. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
8. 1/2 teaspoon paprika
9. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne powder
10. salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a glass bowl until well blended.
2. Serve at room temperature.
