Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 24 ounces cream cheese
2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
3. 2 tablespoons cinnamon
4. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
5. 3 eggs
6. 1/3 cup sour cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Mix cream cheese & sugar until fluffy. Add cinnamon & vanilla; continue mixing. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well between each egg.
3. Stir in sour cream.
4. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust & bake for 50 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes then refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
