Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 3 cups coconut milk
2. 1 cup rice
3. 1 teaspoon brown sugar
4. 1 tablespoon coconut, shredded
5. 1 bay leaf
Directions:
1. 1. Add all ingredients together and bring rice to a boil uncovered under medium heat. Turn to medium low, cover and continue to cook untill rice is done. Discard bay leaf and serve.
