Cold Tomato Cream Cheese Crab Dip

 

Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2. 3 ounces crabmeat, drained and flaked
3. 5 1/2 ounces tomato soup (or use 1/2 can)
4. 1/2 dash lemon juice
5. 1/2 dash garlic salt

Directions:
1. Puree in blender or vita mix or simply mix well.
2. Serve with vegetable dippers or crackers.
