Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 cup red rice
2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
3. 2 cups water
Directions:
1. Rinse red rice in water.
2. Heat oil in a pot, add rice and stir for 2 minutes.
3. Add water and bring to a boil.
4. Lower heat and cover pot. Cook for 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
5. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes.
