Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 1 lb pork sausage
2. 8 eggs, lightly beaten
3. 6 slices firm white bread, cubed
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 1 teaspoon dry mustard
6. 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until browned and crumbled. Then drain.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 casserole dish.
4. Regfrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
6. Bake for 45 minutes or until center tests done.
