Ingredients for 16 servings:
1. 1/4 cup water
2. 1 (1/4 ounce) envelope knox unflavored gelatin
3. 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained, keep juice)
4. 3 ounces lemon Jell-O gelatin
5. 3 ounces raspberry Jell-O gelatin
6. 1 (7 ounce) can ginger ale
7. 1 (25 ounce) package Dream Whip
8. 3 ounces cream cheese
9. 1/2 cup chopped nuts
10. 1 (8 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple.
2. Add enough water to juice to make 2 C liquid.
3. Heat liquid to boiling.
4. Pour Jell-O in and stir and cool.
5. Add Knox gelatin to ¼ C water to Jell-O mixture and stir in Ginger ale.
6. Blend cranberry sauce with pineapple and fold into Jell-O.
7. Chill and put in 9×13 pan, set until firm.
8. Mix Dream Whip according to directions on box. Add cream cheese (soft). Spread on Jell-O and top with nuts.
