Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 beef brisket (2 or 3 pounds minimum)
2. 1 (10 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
3. 1 (14 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
4. 1 (14 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 (or use your crockpot for 8 hours on low).
2. Open the cans of cranberry and put in bowl. Stir in the soup mix then pour over the Brisket in roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours or as long as it takes to make the brisket fork tender.
