Cranberry Chicken

 

Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 2 -4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2. 1 (14 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
3. 1 Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4. 8 ounces Catalina dressing

Directions:
1. Mix cranberry sauce, lipton onion mix, and catalina dressing in a gallon size ziplock bag.
2. Place chicken in bag with mixed ingredients and place in fridge.
3. Leave in fridge for 1 hour or more. I prepare this before bed and cook it the next evening.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Place chicken in a 9×9 or 9×13 pan (I do 9×9 pyrex) and empty remaining ingredients from bag over the chicken.
6. Place dish in oven and cook for 1-1.5 hours. (I do 1:15 but I have a spotty oven).
7. Serve with rice or eat all by itself. Make sure you spoon the sauce over the chicken when served. =).
