Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
2. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
3. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
4. 1 medium onion, chopped
5. 1 (6 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
6. 1 (8 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
8. 1 cup sour cream
9. hot cooked noodles
Directions:
1. In a 3 quart slow cooker, combine the first seven ingredients.
2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
3. Stir in sour cream.
4. Serve with noodles.
