Creamy Margaritas

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 cups lime sherbet or 2 cups sorbet
2. 12 fluid ounces evaporated milk
3. 1 cup ice cube
4. 1 1/2 ounces tequila (or to taste)
5. coarse salt
6. lime slice

Directions:
1. In a blender combine sherbet, evaporated milk, ice cubes and tequila (if using) and blend until smooth.
2. Run a slice of lime around rim of glass, dip into course salt.
3. Pour Margaritas into glasses and serve with fresh lime slice.
4. Serves 4.
