Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 1/4 cups florida orange juice
2. 3 cups vanilla unsweetened almond milk
3. 1 cup white chia seeds
4. 3 tablespoons maple syrup
5. 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
6. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
7. thinly sliced florida orange peel (to garnish)
Directions:
1. 1. Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes and whisk again.
2. 2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, then dish it up and serve. Garnish it with a fresh orange peel if desired.
