Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 6 large onions, sliced
2. 10 garlic cloves, minced
3. 1 tablespoon curry
4. 1 tablespoon hot curry (opitional)
5. 3 tablespoons olive oil
6. 1/4 cup vegetable broth
7. salt, to taste
Directions:
1. In a large non-stick skillet, add olive oil and saute the onions, garlic, curry and hot curry (if using) until caramelized.
2. Add 1/4 cup vegetable broth and salt, to taste; mix and cook an additional few minutes, until liquid evaporates.
3. Serve and feel better!
