Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 (12 ounce) package cooked frozen cleaned and devained shrimp
2. 1/3 cup sour cream
3. 1/3 cup cream cheese, room temperature
4. 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
5. 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
6. 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
7. 1/4 cup shredded coconut
8. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon very finely diced jalapeno
Directions:
1. Mix sour cream and cream cheese in food processor.
2. Quickly pulse rest of ingredients in.
3. Leaving pieces of shrimp to see what you`re eating!
4. Spread on crisp bread thats been grilled with olive oil and garlic,bagel chips, or crackers, vegetables.
