Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 cup oatmeal
2. 1 teaspoon baking soda
3. 2 large eggs
4. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
5. 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
6. 1/3 cup shortening
7. 1/2 cup chopped nuts
8. 1/2 cup raisins
9. 1 cup self rising flour
10. 1/2 teaspoon clove
11. 1 banana, mashed
12. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
13. 3 tablespoons Sweet ‘n Low
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs in 300 ove in greased pan.
3. After first hour, cover with foil.
