Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed
3. 1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
4. 1/2 cup water
5. 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
6. chopped fresh chives or parsley
Directions:
1. Place chicken, cream cheese & mushrooms in crock pot.
2. Whisk water and salad dressing mix together, pour over chicken.
3. Cover; cook on high heat for 2.5 to 3 hours.
4. Serve over rice & garnish with chives.
