Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 cube steaks
2. seasoned flour
3. 1/2 cup water
4. 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
5. 1 medium onion, finely chopped
6. 1 -2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
Directions:
1. Dredge steak in flour & brown quickly in hot oil. Mix soup & water & pour over meat, Top with onion. Cover & simmer for 1 hour. Add kitchen bouquet to taste.
