Easy Hummus Pizza

 

Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 refrigerated personal-size pizza crusts or 1 pita bread, round
2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
3. 2 tablespoons hummus
4. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
5. sliced grape tomatoes
6. kalamata olive
7. sauteed onions and garlic
8. goat cheese
9. salt and pepper
10. basil leaves (small handful)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Brush pizza crust with olive oil.
3. Mix hummus and lemon juice together and spread onto crust.
4. Top with tomatoes, olives, onions/garlic, and goat cheese. Salt and pepper.
5. Bake until crust is crisp (about 10 minutes).
6. Top with fresh basil leaves.
7. Enjoy.
